Our Story

TechSoft Systems began in 2012 as a two-person consultancy helping Tucson small businesses untangle systems headaches. Today, we design and support full-stack infrastructures for tribal governments, multifamily operators, and mid-market enterprises across the Southwest. Our founder Johnathan W. Carroll brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience building and rescuing mission-critical environments—from Best Western hotel MSP toolsets to hyper-converged blade clusters that keep tribal services online 24 × 7.
